PKT98 Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using PKT98 in any capacity — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing a game — you enter into a binding agreement with PKT98 under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement becomes effective immediately upon first use of the platform.

If you are accessing PKT98 on behalf of another person or if a third party funds your account, you are still personally bound by these terms. PKT98 holds the registered account holder responsible for all activity on that account regardless of who actually performed the action.

To use PKT98 fully, you need to register an account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your real name, date of birth, email address and phone number. Any account found to be registered with false or misleading details is subject to suspension.

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. PKT98 may request identity verification at any point. If you cannot confirm your age when asked, your account will be suspended until verification is complete. Accounts confirmed to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

One account rule: Each individual person is allowed one account on PKT98. Creating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and all balances across those accounts may be voided.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
• PKT98 will never ask for your password by email, phone or live chat
• Any activity on your account before you report a security breach is your responsibility
• Account sharing with another person is not permitted under any circumstances

All deposits on PKT98 are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. PKT98 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit detected as coming from an account not matching your registered details may be refunded and your account reviewed.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple is clearly stated for each individual bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period after activation. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings are removed from your account.

• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Withdrawals from your PKT98 account are processed in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or Bank Transfer. You can only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. PKT98 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee, though your payment provider's own terms may apply.

Processing times by VIP tier:

• Bronze / Silver: Standard queue — typically 2–5 business days
• Gold: Priority processing — typically within 24 hours
• Platinum / Elite: Same-day priority handling on requests submitted before 3pm PKT

All withdrawals are subject to a standard security review. PKT98 reserves the right to request identity documents before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. This process exists to protect account holders and will not delay legitimate requests beyond the above timelines in normal circumstances.

The PKT98 sports section covers cricket, football, esports, tennis, basketball, boxing and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. PKT98 reserves the right to refuse or void a bet if a clear pricing error is identified.
• Match abandonment: If a match is abandoned without a result — for example a rain-affected cricket match with no DLS decision — match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that completed before the abandonment retain their results.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. Markets may be suspended or closed during play. Bets accepted before suspension remain valid.
• Accumulator rules: All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. A voided selection within an accumulator reduces the number of legs — a 4-fold with one void pays as a 3-fold.
• Palpable errors: Odds published in clear error (for example, 100.0 on a near-certain favourite) may be voided at PKT98's discretion. Winnings from palpable error bets will not be paid.
• Maximum payout: A single bet slip has a maximum payout limit regardless of accumulated odds. This limit is displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

PSL and Pakistan cricket markets are among the most actively managed betting markets on PKT98. Specific event rules for major tournaments may be published in the Promotions section ahead of the competition.

All casino games available on PKT98 — including slot games, live casino tables, digital table games, crash titles and arcade formats — operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are random and not influenced by the platform, previous sessions, bet size or player history.

Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments with trained dealers. The outcome of each live game round is determined by the physical result of the game (cards dealt, roulette wheel result) and not by software manipulation.

• In the event of a technical disconnection mid-game, the platform's server-side log determines the outcome — incomplete rounds are typically voided

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKT98 and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account under any identity
• Using another person's payment method to fund your account
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain without reporting them
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet requirements without normal gambling intent
• Money laundering or using PKT98 to process funds not intended for genuine gaming activity
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Any behaviour that harasses, threatens or abuses other users or PKT98 staff

PKT98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Confirmed duplicate account activity
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity
• A self-exclusion or cooling-off period requested by the player themselves

If your account is suspended, you will be notified by email. Legitimate real-money balances in suspended accounts are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the reason for suspension. Balances in accounts closed due to Terms violations are generally forfeited.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. All pending bets will be settled normally, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

PKT98 collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection of information necessary to operate your account, process transactions and comply with security requirements.

PKT98 is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of earnings or opportunity arising from platform use.

Where a technical error results in an incorrect payout — either higher or lower than the correct amount — PKT98 reserves the right to correct the balance to the accurate figure. Players will be notified of any such correction.

PKT98 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or through a notification in the platform. The updated terms become effective upon publication on this page.

If you disagree with an updated term, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account. Continued use after an update is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
